Richardson Electronics designs and manufactures complete turn-key power systems used in therapeutic medical equipment such as scientific linear accelerators.

Our capabilities include:

• Linac power and control: we develop complete power systems for our
  customers' linac applications in medicine and security
• These systems leverage our capabilities in high power, high voltage, and
  high power microwave electronics.
• Gun modulator with interleaved level control
• Klystron or magnetron modulators with < 0.75% ripple
• Automatic frequency control for klystron systems
• Solenoid control, vacuum system control, SF6 pressure control
• Multi-kW, closed loop, +/- 0.25 Degrees C liquid-to-air cooling system
